The only negative is that David only does roofing/skylights and that it is impossible to duplicate him so he could be a contractor for everything you could possibly need. He has been the best contractor we have ever worked with, by far. Right from the start, David had the best communication we have seen from ANY contractor we have ever dealt with. David always returns calls or emails within the day and is so kind and professional during communications. When he showed up for the estimate, he had a folder of information prepared that detailed everything that goes into a full roof replacement and different options, warranties, financing options, etc. This may not seem like much, but it showed us how detailed and prepared David is on everything he does and how much pride he has in the wonderful business he has. I really appreciated being able to see what certain funds were going towards and the breakdown of a roof estimate. All other contractors provided us with a proposal that didn’t really make sense, but David’s outlined EVERYTHING in detail and he went over it with us. He welcomed any questions and was happy to answer them and never made us feel like he was annoyed or frustrated. We felt he also went above and beyond to help us save money but select options that make this financial investment even more worth it. Talking to David never felt like talking to a salesman, he was honest, upfront, and easy to talk to. He provides additional warranties other companies don’t provide and really backs up his work. When trying to pick a color, David went out of his way to drop off options he felt we were leaning towards so we could see them in person and not just pictures. The best thing about David is that he is PRESENT and on the job site during the roof replacement. He guided his crew and is clearly a great boss and leader. We loved seeing how great he also treated his crew and the appreciation he constantly showed them, as that is also important to us. He was on site almost the entire time, making sure everything was perfect. He also installed skylights for us, which required him to work inside, and he left our house cleaner than when he came in. While he was working at our house, we had several unrelated issues arise that were stressful and overwhelming and David was so understanding and professional through it all. After the job was complete he made sure we were 100% happy with the work and clean up and even did extra magnetic sweeps to make sure the nails were gone, which our dog and kids appreciate...“ Show more
