Had some attic insulation installed, and new ventilation ducts installed on the roof, to improve ventilation in my bathrooms.  The Thompson team did a fine job, but left out one small but important part of work--to insulate and seal my attic hatchway, to keep heat from escaping from the living space.  When I mentioned the omission, the lead for the Job, Mr. Luna, personally came out and insulated the hatch, sealing it with a perfect double gasket.  Mr. Luna listened carefully to my concerns and suggestions.  At all times Mr. Luna and his staff were polite, clean and professional.   And I was pleased with the price.  This is a company that puts pride in its work.  I highly recommend them and hope to have other work on my house taken care of by the Thompson team...

We bought a house last year and after a rainstorm we had a leak in our master bath shower ceiling. We called Thompson and Thompson 3rd Generation and they replaced the fan vent on the roof that let the water leak in and also the exhaust tubing that had rotted through. The soffit vents were plugged with blown in insulation and they also fixed that. We were very pleased with the work and the price...

Very easy process, great company to work with, they got back to you in a timely matter and all the employees and the installers very nice and very respectful. Installation from start to finish three days. And they left no trash behind. And they also did little extra stuff that we asked.My husband and I absolutely love the outcome of our home.
