If I could give this 0 stars I would. We had 4 windows replaced in our home and they are terrible!!!! There is black glue all over the glass, none of them are level, the screens do not match up so bugs get in, they dented one of the frames, scratches on the vinyl, the locks do not match up to lock it and not to mention the person who installed them was super unprofessional and took their shirts off!!! Also if you push hard on our master bedroom one, it almost falls out of the house!!! I have tried to call this location for 3 days and nothing!!! Put on hold for over 15 mins each time!!! We paid $8000 for this terrible window job!!! I want my money back!!!!

This number goes to their call center, not directly to the location, where I already filed a ticket and a complaint to have this location call me back and NOTHING!!!!!  NO ONE called me back or reached out about my experience.  THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPEREINCED IN MY LIFE. After looking back over our windows again after posting this, they also missed caulking the inside, so they are not even sealed properly!

08/20/2024 Update!
They have been out to my house 4 times to fix all the issues and they are still not fixed! Not to mention, in the process of trying to re-level out the office window they scratched up the paint in the sill that we just painted!  The caulking still hasn’t been fixed, they had to order 5 new shashes bc of the black glue that was EVERYWHERE!!!! Now I have to wait 6-8 weeks for these new shashes to come in. Then they have to come back out again and put them in! I have called the regional manager Josh 4 times and he never calls me back.  They say that they don’t give refunds it’s not company policy… well sorry to say if this isn’t resolved quickly I am reporting them to the better business bureau and hiring a lawyer! $8000 for 4 windows and this is what you get!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!! Worst customer service ever!!!

09/10/2024 Update
We are now 2.5 months after install and 4 months after ordering and they are still waiting on 5 replacement sashes!!! Still have yet to get an eta on when this whole thing will be over.  Talk about crappy customer service, no communication, nothing… just terrible...

Pat was very focused with his presentation and likable as well. Absolutely knows what he’s talking about and is proud of his company and product. Pat is a great person to have on your team. I liked working with him and help me put the pieces of my decision together, very honestly. Good experience, good product, at this point I’m a happy customer..  Looking forward to the installatio...

I had such a wonderful experience with Champion and I would like to recognize Pat Bendlin for a huge part of making it such a smooth process.
He was incredibly easy to work with from start to finish, answered any and all questions I had (no matter how big or small), was extremely professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of.
I will absolutely be recommending Champion and specifically Pat to anyone I know who needing any home improvements or upgrades. Could not be happier with our services we received!

They do not stand behind their warranty!
Why isn’t there a no star option? I had a technician come out three weeks ago. He went back and talked to an installer and called me later that night telling me I was going to get a new window. Just received a call. Oops, we lied. Nothing we can do for you except send someone out to sell you a new one. Seriously??? You tell me I will get a new window and then change your mind?

Here was my original post on Facebook after they initially impressed me so much:
It’s not often a company exceeds your expectations, so when they do, it’s only right to sing their praises loudly! We had new windows installed about 15 years ago. I’m having issues with the Garden Window. They came out today and I was told a bit ago they will install a brand new one! Solid company!

THEY ARE ANYTHING BUT SOLID! SHADY COMPANY...
