Jake has been outstanding and the crews were amazing in replacing the roofing, gutters and downspouts.  They work fast and do a very good job and cleaned up too! Not bad, but certainly not the easiest experience.

The quote that was given was very competitive, and Jake was super responsive during the initial consultation phase.

The work itself took longer than expected, but that was partially due to some additional wood root that was found during the repair.

However, my biggest gripe was that I was told me than once that they were done with the project - but that wasn't quite true. There were details like trim paint not being done, or edge boards around the chimney fastened and sealed all the way.

Finally, the repair itself led to me having a large and very noticeable seam left on my siding. If I had known this would be the final result I probably would've chosen another vendor...
