Had a great experience with FCI from beginning to end!  They presented option, showing me types of carpet and padding, etc..  They came out and laid carpet and installed hardwoods and it is beautiful!  Then two months later I called them again asking them to carpet the remaining rooms and they were here in about a week getting it done!  I was very happy with the customer service and installation!  Service second to none!  Thanks again; the house looks new again!...

Floor Coverings International has been a dream to work with from the beginning!  We had been waiting 7 months for hardwoods from another store that went out of business, and we were unsure if we wanted to go through the whole process again. Ryan made it so easy - he came to our house to measure and brought some samples, then we went to the showroom to get some larger samples to bring home. We quickly picked our floors, were under contract the next day, and floors were delivered 4 days later!  The installation the next week was flawless. The workers were fantastic - professional and friendly. My floors are so beautiful - I’m just thrilled with what a great job Floor Coverings International did!...

Great no pressure sale.  Provided different  samples when requested and aided in finding combination of carpet color and style. Timely,  expert instillation. I’m a very happy customer with plush new carpet that didn’t show any stain when my cat broke in😊. Also  left a remnant for my dog to roll on, as requested...
