If you are considering new flooring, I can highly recommend Alliance Installations for flooring. We interviewed several companies prior to making our decision. Christopher from Alliance responded to my request immediately, was on time for an onsite quote, courteous, professional and by far the most knowledgeable of all the companies. Christopher was the only representative able to match our existing floors, while others tried to sell us something similar or suggested a completely new style flooring.
After several estimates from multiple providers we selected Alliance Installation.
My wife and I are completely impressed with the service we received. From the estimate to the completion of installation it was a positive experience. The entire staff is friendly, more importantly, highly skilled. They completed the job earlier than estimated, cleaned up after themselves daily and did a beautiful job installing our new wood floors. We appreciate Christopher, the project manager and his highly skilled team Carlos, Messias and Marcos for providing exemplary service. The entire team from Alliance Installation most definitely exceeded our expectations...

I absolutely love my new floors!!! The customer service with Alliance is excellent. Chris was wonderful. He explained and reviewed the best product for my budget. He replied to questions promptly. Maintained excellent communications. Our Installers Carlos and John were professional and neat. They cleaned up after themselves, left NO mess. My husband was amazed at the speed and quality work they did removing our carpet and flooring then installing the new flooring. Up stairs, down stairs 2 days FLAT!! They didn't waste not one minute! I highly recommend this company for your new floor installation.
