John Mack is incredible! One; super smart. He was able to understand our system (not easy) quickly and diagnose the problems. Two; he designed a fix that to the maximum extent incorporates our existing set up. Third; great guy who was a pleasure to have in our home. I just can’t overemphasize what a pleasure it was to meet him and we want only him helping us care for our home systems. You cannot go wrong with John!!!...

Aire Serv was amazing to work with! I called them to schedule service for my AC unit that was acting up, fully expecting a long wait and they were able to send a tech over within 24 hours. The scheduling process was very easy and the communication through text and email of my upcoming appointment was a nice bonus. They even sent me a text when my tech was on his way to my house. Once John Mack arrived he got right to work, diagnosed the issue, explained it to me, fixed the problem and scheduled me for service next spring to make sure all is still in good working order. I couldn't recommend them enough! Very pleased...

Built new shop. Had to change appointment a few times because of delays on build. They were always understanding and accommodating.  Price on their mini splits were much more economical then their competitors.  Very professional installers. Would highly recommend...

John Mack came out to get my AC going again after it had gone out, and I really just want to express how thorough and comprehensive he was! He immediately was able to diagnose the issue and get it corrected, and then continued on to review the entire system to make sure there were no additional issues. He did find and correct one additional issue that could have become a problem later on. I would definitely recommend Aire Serve, and specifically Mr. Mack for any cooling/heating needs!!...
