Mountain has the best crew! They actually answer their phones!! Each and every one of the people that helped us were fantastic! April helped us set up the estimate appointment! She was great! Shawn O’Connell did our estimate and was so informative, helpful, and friendly! He was the best to work with! We are so excited to have them install our air conditioner! Customer Service is super important to us, and they definitely are a stand out amongst their competitors! You can tell how good a company is by how well their employees treat their customers! Mountain heating and cooling has a WONDERFUL crew working for them and keeping the standard set high! Thank you guys!!

In the process of remodeling a bathroom, we discovered that some vent pipes had to be relocated in order to install a new shower base. Mountain Heating was able to get this job on their schedule with very short notice. Their technicians, Isak and Joel, completed the task in just a few hours.  They were professional and polite and gave me every opportunity to ask questions and inspect their work. They did an excellent job and took care to clean up the work site when they were finished. I had a heat pump system installed a little over a year ago.  The original install team screwed it up pretty badly.  There wasn't a filter box installed (so no filter in the system at all), heat strip wasn't hooked up correctly, a large gap left open near the blower fan that leaked out ~10-20% of the air from the unit, and recently, the condensate pump failed and was installed improperly.  These issues have been mostly resolved, but it has taken about year+ for that to happen.

Since then, the current team that I've dealt with (April, Cole, RC, and Tyler) have all been amazing and very professional.  If it wasn't for these four, this rating would be a 1 star.  I really wanted to like the system, but with each problem creeping up, it hasn't been the greatest experience.   At this point, I'm biting my nails wondering what the next issue will be.

I understand that this was the original installation teams fault, but they really should have had someone more experienced like one of the four I've recently dealt with come out and double check their work.  It really shouldn't be up to the customer to be the professional and check to make sure everything is working properly.

I really do want to emphasize that if you deal with any of those four mentioned, you'll be a happy customer.  April is an excellent communicator and she clearly knows knows how to get things done and shift scheduling around when need be.  I remember when the heat wasn't functioning properly this last winter and she responded to me at 3am saying a tech will be there at 6am to get it fixed.  RC was the one that came out and got it fixed, he was running in and out, dealing with the -10f outside and was here until was fixed.  Cole and Tyler are meticulous and get things done day of.  They both noticed problems left by the old install team and tidied them up.  These four clearly care about their work and craftsmanship.  Keep them happy, I don't think you'll find better.
