From the moment I met Herman with Paskar Construction, I was impressed. He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, professional and made me feel at ease throughout the process of our roof and window repairs. I honestly felt like Herman completely advocated for our family when dealing with the insurance company and made it a point to be present and prepared when the insurance adjusters inspected our home. I like how he kept in contact with me with any updates too. He even came over with cookies for our family after our roof was completed and took the extra care to inspect the perimeter of our home with a magnet to ensure there were no nails left in the yard! I would 100% recommend Paskar Construction and a huge part of that is due to the personal touch and ownership taken by Herman. I can’t thank you enough!!! You guys are the best...

Paskar Construction did our roof and we couldn't be happier! The process with insurance took about 8 months because insurance took so long. The crew did great, they were quick and professional. They put up a catch all net to make sure our flowers weren't damaged. Would use them again...

We are very happy with our new roof. We worked with Val Klimok throughout the replacement process. Despite challenges with our insurance company, Val kept pushing forward and he kept us informed along the way. We would not have gotten a new roof if it wasn’t for Val’s diligence. Alone amongst an endless parade of roofing companies to evaluate our roof, Mark was the only one to express confidence in getting our insurance company approval for a new roof. The others were willing to "try" or "lets give it a shot", etc. He defended his confidence by showing us the roof damage and explaining how that damage would qualify us for a roof replacement. So we hired him and Paskar. Mark walked us through the process of filing the claim. Once the claim was submitted and an insurance adjuster assigned, Mark and his team took over and worked through the process of getting the approval. There was a lot of back and forth communication between Paskar and the adjuster. Aside from regular updates from Mark, the background work Paskar did was transparent to us. Once the roof was approved a project plan was completed and the roof replacement scheduled. On the scheduled date, the materials and Paskar team arrived as promised. The entire replacement, including new skylights, was completed in one day. Before beginning the work, the Paskar team hung netting from the roof to the ground to prevent any old roofing material from damaging the siding during the tear down phase. While work was ongoing, Mark even delivered donuts to nearby neighbors as an apology for the noise. All in all, Paskar delivered on all their promises.
