Moda was on time and did a spectacular job. They put tarps down and carefully took them up when they finished. They brougt a vacuum and used it frequently, so there was minimal dust. Because the bathroom is small, removal of the bathtub and installation of a shower made the space much larger visually. The gentlemen were courteous and completed the job in only two days!...

We had a small project where we needed to remove a cantilevered deck off the back of our house. Marcin provided us with a very reasonable estimate and a detailed description of the work plus how they would perform the work. Once the estimate was accepted, they started within a week and had the majority of the work completed the first week. Communication was good as they let us know when they would be onsite and they were flexible when we needed to be away from home. Plus the quality of workmanship was very high. We're already talking to Marcin about our next project...

Incredible work ethic and attention to detail. The owner really stands behind their work. We've used Moda Construction for multiple projects now (living room reno, including tiling, mantle, beam, etc, a half bath reno, and some other small projects). We can't imagine using anyone else.
