So very pleased with Earl and his team!  We started having issues with our solar hot water heater last March and finding someone that knew about our system was challenging.  Luckily, I stumbled upon Hot Water Express and Earl came out right away and understood the system and helped us as best he could for the time being.  He advised we would need a new heater, but we were hoping to hold off as long as possible, as we had just replaced our AC units.  Fast forward to August and the heater started to leak.  I called Earl and he had all the notes and refreshed himself with the property and was able to provide assistance over the phone, via voice, text and photos until the following day when he and his team came out and replaced the heater!  We highly recommend Hot Water Express!  They know their stuff and their customer service is superb...

I had posted an  negative review about Hot Water Express. I would like to first of all say that i was upset when I wrote the post, I would like everyone to know that the overall workmanship installing my hot water tank was very well done. Please if anyone read my previous review, disregard the post and know that Hot Water Express  does great quality work and I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. They deserve to be a 5star company for a reason. They take pride in there work...

I highly recommend this business. I used them to replace the water heater in my home in NW DC. Al initially answered all of my questions over the phone and was able to give me a quote with my provided measurements, photos, and info provided via text. He showed up on time, was extremely professional and respectful of my home (including wearing shoe covers). He was thoughtful in his approach and layout and left my home as tidy as he found it. While my initial interaction was amazing, what made me come write this review is how this business responded when I had an issue with my water heater. I recently had an issue where my water heater was not performing normally. I was concerned that they might not be as responsive because it is the middle of winter (busy season for heating repairs) and this was a follow up call (not new business). After leaving a message, they called me back the same day and made arrangements to come out and troubleshoot my heater. A different crew came out the second time, they were just as professional and courteous as the first. They wore shoe covers, left everything tidy, and most importantly were able to quickly figure out the issue and complete the repair at no additional cost to me. I cannot recommend them enough. This will be my go to for any hvac/water heater maintenance/repairs going forward...
