John and his team of workers did an EXTRAORDINARY job servicing our entirely new system of wall and cassette Mitsubishi units! McCrea came out quickly to assess our needs, get us an estimate, and scheduled us on the books within a week when so many others ghosted us. The servicemen who were at our home were courteous and respectful of our home, pets, and needs. We still have a few projects down the line for heating and air and will be calling McCrea again...

The technician,  Juan was great,  when he arrived.   But, I scheduled today's (9/4/24) appointment on August 2, 2024, a full 32 days in advance.   I received a confirmation email on 8/2 saying service would arrive between 8 a.m and noon. That did not happen.   When I called after noon, I was told that the technician was still on his first call and there was still someone else ahead of me.  How could that be when I scheduled 32 days ago?
He finally arrived shortly after 3.  As I said, he was great but scheduling/dispatch needs work...
