Casey the project manager provided excellent communication throughout the entire process, promptly answering my questions and keeping me informed of the schedule. Excellent service. I had same day response for a roof repair with a leak. Featherfall contacted me immediately per my query and were at my home the same day for an estimate with a photo and video inspection to show the repairs needed.
