Mike and Casey both of them are really good in terms of taking care of their customers. Mike takes care  of all the small details to make sure job done right. We talked once for couple of hours he noted down all the requirements of the job details that's all. After that Mike took care of everything and including all the small  details as well. Feathefall is an excellent outfit to work with. Thorough, professional and diligent which we appreciated. Casey Hale, the company lead, effectively negotiated with a recalcitrant insurance provider.

The crew itself worked extremely well. The site manager Andy had a great sense of aesthetic and helped make some good choices on trim color. All in all, an A+ job...

Our experience with Mike and the Featherfall team was outstanding. As a person who has worked in construction for 30 years, we truly appreciate excellent customer service and stellar results and that was our experience with Featherfall. Mike, as our main contact, was always accessible and diligent throughout the entire process. The first step was securing approval from our insurance company for the repair and Mike and Casey handled all of the heavy-lifting with securing approval. It took a bit of time, but they stayed diligent and it was approved. Once it was approved, work was scheduled in a timely manner and Mike was involved with the crew for the duration. The entire process, including the wrap-up with the insurance company, was awesome...
