We had the best experience with RoofPRO, and especially TJ who was an amazing advocate for us as homeowners with our battle with our insurance to get our roof replaced. He came out quickly, did a thorough inspection with extensive picture evidence that was sent to us almost immediately. Despite a few months of fighting with our insurance, TJ  responded promptly and helped us through the process. We also worked with several other people in accounting, and the project manager the day of the replacement and the customer service is above and beyond! Also, their prices are very reasonable and the quality of work is top notch. I couldn't recommend this company and their outstanding employees enough. When everyone else is really missing the target, RoofPRO is the bullseye...

Had roof replaced on my townhouse and by what I can tell from the photos they did a great job. The people that gave me the estimate and the workes that did the roof very nice. Cleanup was very good on the outside but they did break a few bushes that will need filling in.  The major problem with the cleanup was in the attic, it was a mess and took me 4 days to clean up.The reason for the 3 stars is the estiment was $5100.00 but the job when finished was $8600.00. after all the shingles where off they informed me that all the roof wood would have to be replaced. When the estiment was given no one went on the roof only in the attic. I had no choice but to except. They where helpful with me because I had 2 layers of shingles that was not in the original estimate even thought I told them. Secondly the wood was to be an extra $3800 but they reduced it to $3500.00. With all said and done, I would use them again...
