I was shopping for a new front entry door and was shown several options from Long Home Products.
My wife and I were impressed with the sales representative Paul.
Paul was knowledgeable about the different products that were available through his co.
He patiently listened to our needs and concerns, and answered all of our questions.
We liked a door made by Provia.
Provia makes each door per order.
The long measuring technician came and did all related measuring.
We also ordered a new screen door
Full glass and screen.
We also ordered a new sliding door for our deck.
The mfg. Process took approximately 6 weeks.
Long sent installation team and the new doors all on same day.
Installation took the entire day and was completed by 6pm.
We are satisfied with the product and installation
