We want to thank Brad and Justin for working with our insurance company and solar company to replace our roof, gutters, and downspouts. They left a cleaned area after all jobs performed.

When we found holes left over by the solar installation team, they sent a team out quickly to replace them all. They made sure to go throughout the entire roof, replacing ones we couldn't locate.

They are all very professional and showed us empathy for such a long, drawn-out process due to our insurance company. They truly work very hard to make sure not only the work is done properly, but you are well informed throughout the process.

Priddy roofing and exteriors were quick and professional, when coming out and giving an estimate on the repairs needed. We ran into a couple of speed bumps with things that were lost in translation, but they wasted no time in clearing up any discrepancies. They made sure that the repairs were immaculate before they would accept payment. Very happy with the finished product and would use them again in the future if needed...
