Denny, Wyatt, Kevin and Mike provided an excellent experience. Denny explained the efficiency differences of the Amana S system verses other variable systems. He is very knowledgeable on HVAC systems and he helped us choose the right one for our home. Wyatt, Kevin, and Mike did a quality installation. Wyatt’s finish work on the air handler and thermostat install shows the craftsmanship and quality he put into the job. Kevin and Mike completing the outside unit did equally quality work. On a regular service call, Jake found a potentially life threatening failure with my oil furnace. Jake put me in contact with Roy, and both walked me through not only why the existing issue occurred but a safer, more efficient replacement as well. The install process was immediate, clean, and very professional. Jake, Wyatt, and Josh were my primary install team and were very informative and hard working. Along with the new unit they also recommended some minor duct work changes that's now completely changed how the sunny side of my house cools. All of this was knocked out in ~6 hours, no mess, and a 10 year warranty. This is the highest standards and quality I've ever seen from an HVAC service, let alone any craftsman or trade, despite this, Fixed Right was also one of the cheaper estimates I received. Fixed Right & Guaranteed were quick to respond when my a/c stopped working. They were very thorough when looking over my current HVAC & diagnosing the issue. We replaced our original HVAC, they provided window units to get us through a few days until the new unit was installed. On installation day they were punctual, got the job done quickly. Roy and his team have consistently provided excellent service to us for all of our HVAC needs. They responded quickly when our heat stopped working in the winter. Despite the unit being very old and unfamiliar to the technicians, they were able to solve the problem for us. When we eventually decided to completely replace our old heat pump, furnace, and oil tank, they were able to explain all of the work that they were doing and they completed it in a timely and very professional manner. We have never had an unpleasant service call and we appreciate the company's honesty, fair pricing, and professionalism...
