First experience with Honest Abe company, they are the best! Brendan Bussell was so kind, helpful and patient in explaining things. Really appreciated it!  And he fixed the issue that the prior company never fixed (we were so hot for the past few years, and when I tried explain the problem, some technicians were pretty condescending and didn't manage to fix it), now we have cool air again! This was honestly my best first experience with any company. Looking forward to using Honest Abe's other services as well!

Update: Now have had the fireplace and dryer vent inspection by Brandon Morris. He was so nice and explained everything patiently and clearly. Great experience with this inspection also, and looking forward to the servicing of our home!  It really instills confidence when you can see the employees are happy and proud of working for their company/employer. Great example to follow. I am a big fan of Honest Abe...

Brendan came out to troubleshoot my A/C unit. He arrived on time in this heatwave and his attitude was very positive and friendly. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions and concerns. He had a smile on his face the entire time when discussing my unit.  Brendan represented Honest Abe in such a wonderful way that it also made me subscribe to their monthly service contract.  Needless to say my unit is back up and running. Thanks again Brendan!...

Honest Abe installed a new mini split hvac system for us this week. All the techs have been amazing . Professional,  courteous and timely. They spent an extensive time during the initial visit to assess our project needs in order to provide the best solution for our older home. I have enjoyed working with the office team as well.
