Contacting FHE was a great move for me and my roofing project. Michael (Remodeling Consultant) was on time and professional with his approach to my roofing needs/request. The team had an early opening and were able to fit me in right away. The install team did a great job with the porch roof and cleaned up before they left. Fichtner recently installed a standing seam roof on our home.   We are extremely happy with the result.   The installers led by Jose where very responsive, worked hard, demonstrated strong team ethic and clearly take pride in getting a job done well.   the salesman Steve was very knowledgeable, courteous and always available for any questions.    And the owner, Tom, a terrific guy, is hands-on involved - for example, once the crew had completed demo he was on the roof, assisting inspection and working with the crew to identify issues to discuss how small and big detail items would be addressed.    That was no surprise to me given having selected Fichtner after reading prior reviews and seeing that Tom's responses demonstrated how hands on he is.    Obviously, easy to rate five stars and recommend Fichtner...
