Everyone from top to bottom worked extra hard to make sure the job was done right! From sales, to the job foreman, to the hard working guys doing the actual roof replacement and admin. Rob was especially helpful and professional with follow up work.
My roof and front of my townhouse were way beyond due for replacement. Windows and doors were in need of new trim.
Roof is beautiful, no leaks! New trim looks great!
100% Satisfied! 5 Stars across the board!

I called last minute looking for quick service due to selling my home. I advised I needed a short construction/delivery window and quick installation. THEY DELIVERED! Chesapeake Roofing, windows and siding is a locally owned company that helped me navigate a huge home remodel that was becoming very overwhelming.  Exterior Consultant Mark Phillips went above and beyond to walk me through the process, and make sure I knew what to expect at each stage.  The materials are high quality, affordable and completely transformed my 42 year old home with out exceeding my budget.  I needed to have a visual images to choose colors and style of materials and Mark sent me photos of different siding projects for reference and created a computer model that allowed me to mix and match several different combos. With his knowledge of the materials and advice my home make-over turned out amazing and was an enjoyable process! I am so happy with the overall look but also impressed with all the smaller details, like the trim around the windows, soffits, hose bibs and light fixtures. (see photos)
Once the materials were in, The foreman Mr. Kim,  notified me when work crews would be starting and he updated me on the progress at the end of each work day.  I was notified right away when Mr. Kim discovered I had water damage and rotten framing joists near my chimney. Owner Robbie came out with a carpenter to assess the issue and waited until I got home from work to meet and detail plan for repair.  Even with the unexpected carpentry work, project still finished on time.
That personal interaction and attention to detail is why I try to work with locally owned companies and why I highly recommend this business to anyone starting a project.  Chesapeake Roofing, Siding and Windows demonstrated time and again that they are a business that values their customers and takes pride in their workmanship.

We cannot say enough good things about Chesapeake Roofing, Windows & Siding! We worked with Dominic Cetrone, & he was able to recommend the best products to fit exactly what we wanted. We had our new roof installed with them, including a new metal roof over our doorstep as well as new Hardie-board siding with new trim. It looks amazing!! We have gotten SO many compliments on it. They are so great to work with, very professional! From the planning stage, until the final project was completed, they were fabulous + made sure everything was what we wanted.
