When we needed a new roof due to storm damage a friend of mine referred me to High Mark after having a great experience with them. Their sales guy Steve met with us the day after we called and walked us through the whole process. Steve did a detailed inspection of our roof, identified the damage then helped us through the process of filing an insurance claim. He met with our adjuster and fought hard to get a full replacement which we ended up getting. Steve gave us a detailed timeline that was spot on, helped us pick out the shingles and then stayed involved until the job was done. He oversaw the material delivery, stopped by mid-day during the install to check on progress and then came by the following morning to inspect the completed job. He even walked around the yard and garden collecting any nails that his team missed. The team that did the install was just as good as Steve! I have already recommended High Mark to several neighbors and friends and can’t thank them enough for the great job they did. Ask for Steve when you call the office. He will take care of you every step of the way...

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with High Mark Construction replacing my roof following storm damage. From the initial consultation over a year ago to the continuous follow-ups with two different homeowners insurance carriers, Patrick was honest, transparent, and left no stone unturned at every step of the process. When the time finally came to schedule my roof replacement, he walked me through exactly what to expect leading up to and on the day-of replacement. He even filed all of the necessary paperwork with my community’s HOA to ensure the color of the shingles met guidelines without me even asking. On the day of replacement, Patrick’s crew arrived promptly, and was polite and efficient–finishing the entire job before lunchtime. While dealing with storm damage and your homeowners insurance carrier isn’t my idea of a fun activity, if you choose to use Patrick and High Mark Construction you’ve got nothing to worry about. I would wholeheartedly recommend he and his team to anyone looking to have their roof replaced, among the other services they offer, without any hesitation...
