Gutters cleaned yesterday.  Windows cleaned the day before.  Fast, courteous.  Work seems fine.  No mess.

I have one concern.  I introduced myself and talked with the workers both before and after the work - both days.  Both teams told me that the work had gone fine.  Despite that I received texts from the company saying the work was incomplete.  I could not respond to the text, I had to call to find out why the work was not complete.  The first time I called but they did not seem to know what the problem was and I just got a sales pitch.  after having the second crew say that the work went fine, I got the same text again that the work was incomplete. I have not called back...

Ned’s gutter service was very good! Efficient, thorough, explained what they had done (since I happened to be home, which is not required), and did a nice job of cleaning up afterwards. Also came very quickly, within two days of when I first called (just in time for a very heavy downpour as the remnants of Hurricane Beryl made their way through our area!) Reasonably priced, too.

The two Ned Stevens employees who cleaned my gutters were punctual, polite, and efficient. While we haven't had a heavy rain since they cleaned the gutters, they are noticeably improved during the two recent moderate rains we've had.  The price they charged was reasonable, and significantly below a couple of the other quotes we received. I plan to use Ned Stephens again for gutter cleaning and possibly other work as well...
