I wanted to take the time to share the experience I had with Priority Roofing & Restoration in the installation of a new roof at our property. The service and commitment were absolutely tremendous! Having a background in space systems engineering, I have come to know how important it is to identify and understand the requirements for a project well before it starts. The Priority Roofing & Restoration team was phenomenal in quickly assessing our needs after the recent wind and hail storms impacting the Southern Maryland area.

The team paid close attention to detail and worked directly with us to provide our insurers with everything they needed to replace and restore our home's roofing and weather protection. Andrew, Thomas, Rob, and Lauren kept us well-informed allowing us to make the best decisions. Because we had a double-layered roof, the work spanned a day and a half, but the team got it done, leaving the property clean and all debris removed.

In addition to arriving early, and being fully prepared, the Project Manager Thomas provided updates at each step of the process and ensured the safety of his work team. The entire team at Priority Roofing was amazing. We worked with Drew, who even when the insurance company didn’t want to cover what was he needed kept calm and kept pushing until he received what was fair/just for our case. Ultimately he was able to get a whole roof covered for us! Once we got the approval for the roof, we were scheduled and even completed within a week! Drew and his team are fantastic and I would/will recommend them to anyone needed a new roof...

I had an outstanding experience working with Andrew and his team members.  They were responsive, professional and thorough.  Andrew spent considerable time with me walking around the job site to make sure I was satisfied and the completed work met his standards. Priority Roofing did a great job on our roofing project. They were very professional and preserved on a somewhat complicated roofing installation. I would recommend them especially to someone with no construction experience with a insurance case dumped in their lap. Andrew is honest and keeps up with the roof industry's advancements.
