I recently worked with Kyle and team at Eastern Exteriors, LLC for a full roof replacement on my 20+ year-old roof. The experience was excellent from start to finish. Kyle and Darren came by to walk me through the entire replacement process and answered all of my questions regarding materials, warranties, and installation details. Head installer David performed the pre and post-installation inspections, documented everything with photos and clearly explained the techniques used throughout the project. The crew did an excellent job with the installation and made sure to clean up thoroughly. I didn’t find any debris in my flowerbed or small backyard. Overall, Kyle and his team demonstrated professionalism, great communication, and pride in their work.
