Really pleased with our new windows. We’re in Shepherdstown WV, close to train tracks and our old windows rattled and had no insulating value. They were 50 years old and absolutely terrible. The new ones are a night and day difference. The install went quickly and smoothly. The caulking and flashing is absolutely perfect. The windows open and close with ease and there’s zero gaps anywhere. We had several other quotes, two for more money and one for less money, but Window Depot felt like the best option, and I was correct! Alex was great to work with and his team was friendly and polite. Everything was cleaned up afterwards and we look forward to having some more exterior work done by them soon...
