Plumber (Dylan) reviewed all options and clearly articulated them and was friendly and courteous. A ten all the way! Prices are reasonable. This company is the absolute best, most friendly, most professional group of individuals, (and team) you will ever deal with. 5/17 Dylan solved a plumbing problem from a cracked pipe and the electricians Drew & Jason were here to finish up the work on the new mud room I built. They were polite, quick. Efficient and professional. Larry and Sons are ones you want to call...

Jeremiah was amazing! He was polite, respectful, informative, and helpful every step of the way. He provided full transparency on options as well as advisement and never made us feel like we were rushed to do something or backed into a corner. Even though we ended up going a different route with a different company (our external pipes were covered under a protection plan we had through HomeServe), we would still *highly* recommend Jeremiah for plumbing services with Larry & sons...

This review has nothing to do with the tech that came to my home, he seemed like a decent guy. However, Larry & Sons is overpriced. I had another local plumber replace the wax ring, hardware, supply line and the flange on my master bathroom toilet. They charged $325 and they put fresh caulk around the base of the toilet.

Larry & Sons charged $650 to install a new wax ring, supply line, hardware and the gasket between the tank and toilet. They did not caulk around the base of the toilet. Granted, when they arrived they estimated the work to cost between $417 and $800+ so I knew it was overpriced to begin with, but the work was necessary and I couldn't really be without the toilet for a week or so until another plumber could arrive.

Caulk around the base of the toilet is required per the International Plumbing Code...so essentially their work is overpriced and incomplete. I'll have to finish the job on my own so that shower/mop water and urine don't get under the toilet. Oh and the $80 off plumbing service coupon that I used to even make the appointment...I didn't get $80 off. They may be faster to schedule, but I wouldn't say they're better or more reasonably priced than other contractors in the area...

Thank you, Larry and Sons for a job well done! We want to give a special shout out to Shannon, the representative you sent us. We had another plumber come out before hand and were not pleased with their services but you guys exceeded expectations. Shannon was extremely professional, friendly, helpful, and honest. Additionally, we were impressed with how quickly he got the job done and how well prepared he was to meet our needs in a timely manner. We will definitely keep you in mind for any future plumbing or hvac needs...
