I HIGHLY recommend Restoration Roofing Co.! The professionalism, knowledge, craftsmanship, and open communication Jose's company displayed was superlative! My husband and I recently bought a house with three outbuildings that we knew needed new roofs. Having very little knowledge regarding roofs, I did extensive research, read reviews, and had 5 estimates from different companies.  To save anyone reading this review the hassle, let me just say this is the company you want!

Jose's CertainTeed Select Shingle Master certification gave me piece-of-mind from the beginning. Essentially this means the quality of his work is recognized by one of the highest quality and widely used roofing manufactures in the USA and they back his work with the highest warrantee available.  Beyond his teams professionalism, he also accommodated for individualized situations. We have a dog that is stressed by strangers being around the house if no one is home, and when he found out we weren't able to be home the second day of the project, he offered to cover the cost for a day boarding him to help with any stress the guys might cause him being around the house. He openly communicated about things out of his control such as a short delay in the delivery of supplies, and employee illness causing his team to be a man short. Our gutters on the garage were damaged while doing the roof. He let us know immediately, set up a company to come replace the damaged gutters and covered the cost. All done in a few short days after the roof, and the replaced gutters are a perfect match to the rest of the house. His team took extra care to protect any landscaping directly around the house, and cleaned up as if they weren't even there. They even took a magnet around the house to assure no loose nails were left behind (very thoughtful when you have pets or children)

Overall, a tremendously successful and stress-free experience working with Restoration Roofing...

I would definitely recommend Restoration Roofing.   They replaced our townhome roof and the roof to the garage.

They were the third company I had an estimate from.  And while I thought the estimate was quite fair, I was particularly pleased with the lack of high pressure sales tactics and the thorough and clear explanation of the job and materials.

The crew that did the work did not disappoint. They came during the expected time slot, communication was clear, and the clean up afterwards was excellent.  They were a pleasure to work with.

I also appreciated the photos of the completed work as, especially on the townhome roof, it is not easy to see the work myself...

I recommend Restoration Roofing Co.! The knowledge, craftsmanship, and professionalism Jose's company displayed was superlative! I bought a house with that we new roofs would be needed. Jose came to check, said that was not bad, buut I would have a a few years to do it. He explainned detail by detail on the replacement , warranty etc that I didn’t even look for another service provider. Did everything in one day!!!!...

From start to finish we have been nothing but pleased with the work ethic of this company! Before meeting with Jose, owner of Restoration Roofing, we had two high-pressure roof consultations; Jose's approach was anything but! He was very straightforward and efficient and was able to schedule our roof replacement to start less than 2 weeks later. The work crew was amazing. Our new roof looks great! And perhaps best of all, there were no surprises - not with scheduling, execution, or final price. We would highly, highly recommend this company...
