MLM worked with my HOA and the insurance company to ensure that we got our roof replacement project approved. The project itself was quickly finished. In one day they replaced the entire roof. The crew had more than enough workers to make it a breeze for my family. They cleaned up everything after the job well. Special thanks to Robby, the foreman on the job who communicated everything with me throughout the day and kept me apprised of what the crew was seeing. The entire MLM team is top notch, from Service Coordinator Project Manager to Invoicing. Michael Twining, Service Coordinator is excellent, his attention to customer needs and his communication is phenomenal. I can't comment enough about Sasa the project manager, a very knowledgeable, courteous and ability to accommodate scheduling of work is first rate. He showed photos of before and after with a thorough explanation of the work completed. Kudos to Cid Merro the AR Specialist for providing a detailed invoice instead of a summary invoice. I highly recommend MLM for all your roofing projects...

We had a wonderful experience with MLM Home Improvement. Our sales associate Sergio, was absolutely fantastic. He was able to answer all my questions and was able when we had follow up questions. Our Project manager Dave Schoen, was their from start to finish he walked us through every step and made sure we were informed on what was going with our project and answer all questions we had. The roofing team was incredible, they tore off and replaced our single family roof in one day. The siding team did an amazing job on our siding. They were thorough in their clean up and our Project Manager even came by the next day to do a quality check and another clean up check around the house.  Ms. Familaaran was great and very responsive in helping us sort out the schedules for our multiple projects. I would recommend MLM Home Improvement...
