Andrew and his team did our roof, gutters and skylights 2 years ago. They were thorough and quick. So impressed we had them back to do Siding , Windows and Doors. This was a big job , and the week we scheduled was very hot. The guys motored through and it looks even better than I could have asked for.
On Saturday as they were wrapping up , Geovanny came to me and asked if we could walk around the house and point out any thing that needed attention. You can tell they care about doing things right.
Pricing is also important , and when comparing ZZZ with other Contractors….Andrew has been our best option. Total Satisfaction...

I would like to share how delighted we are to have work done by #3ZRoofing. We found them using Next Door, which was great because I wanted to support a local business. Andrew responded to my initial email in no time, and came to our house that very same day. By the end of the evening, I had a preliminary estimate. Financing options were available which really helped my teacher summer budget. We are extremely excited to tackle our next repair and come cooler weather, enjoy the fireplace. Thank you 3Z Roofing! We will be in touch for our siding replacement. We had water damage, faulty flashing, a gutter pulling away from the roof, plus an old birds nest. New flashing, wood, shingles, a cricket, and vent ridge were installed in a timely and clean manner. Here are 3 pictures of before and 2 for after the repairs...

I had my 40 year old windows replaced by 3Z Roofing.  They did quality work, were professional and clean.  From the beginning Andrew was easy to work with.  I live in a condo, so I have some association rules I need to follow.  He provided the information I needed to get the approval from the HOA.  The installers came and worked efficiently and professionally to get the job done.  I can not thank Andrew and his team at 3Z enough for providing quality work.  I would trust 3Z for any job that I needed to be done in the future...
