From start to finish, I experienced second-to-none PROFESSIONALISM. Steve, one of the owners, shared my options and asked my long-term goals for my property, which helped me determine next steps. I felt like a family-friend, and not a client or customer. He was very personable and responsive both via phone call and text. The cost for a full roof replacement was reasonable and the job was SO WELL DONE. I must add that I was needing the roof completed days before I’d originally been scheduled. Thunder Bay provided excellent service, a beautiful new roof, and a totally online experience for us, as we were in another state while the work was done.

Not only did they work efficiently but also when we had something come up that prevented the team from getting the job done that was our fault, they were understanding and rescheduled with no problems.
