I wanted to make sure that a few days went by to see if my problem was fully resolved and it was not, before I leave a review. It has been a few days and my problem is still leaking. Additionally, when the tech was completed he locked my crawl space and I had to ask him to go back inside with me to see what he completed. Once inside, I found a leak and he said oh let me go back to the truck and grab something to stop it. Additionally, there was water all over the duct work - that I asked about. Nick indicated it would go away. I placed a fan down there for a few days and the area dried up but still leaking. This was poor workmanship and Thus, I am disappointed because I became a member and first time customer of service today. To conclude, I hope this relationship gets better because I can not and will not work backwards when people treat customers this way by doing a half job. **** I placed a call into the office today to let them know of these findings…..

Jerry arrived on time, was very courteous , personable, and professional, and informed me of each step of the work he was completing. I don't anticipate any further plumbing issues but would definitely call again for any other home repair or improvement needs...

Exceptional work!  The team that came to replace some of the duct work was incredible.  The first day, supplies were here around 6:40 AM.  The first person arrived at 6:56 AM with the others arriving by 7:05 AM. Each day the team arrived well within the arrival window I was given and they got right to work. John kept me apprised of what was happening as the work progressed.  I highly recommend Service Today--they arrived when they said, completed the work professionally and ahead of schedule.  The customer service and level of work I have experienced with Service Today is exceptional...
