Wow, talk about right on time. My AC unit went out right before the summer. I was referred to call Dexter of KPK Enterprise. Dexter has excellent customer service, kind and very knowledgeable.  He was able to answer every question that I had. The install didn't take very long and everything looks great. Thank you and I would recommend for future work...

EXCELLENT SERVICE..
Before selecting this company I read several reviews, and afterwards made the phone call. I was able to get an appointment immediately. When I realized I had to reschedule for a later time he was very accommodating.
The reviews about his demeanor, and professionalism were spot on.
He was very informative, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He advised me of what he found, and his recommendations for services that I needed.
I will definitely continue to use KPK Enterprise Heating and Cooling for my HVAC needs.
Finding a HVAC company can be a daunting, and a horrible experience. However not with this young man. I thank you Dexter for being kind, humble, and affordable. I highly recommend!!

The absolute best service possible. My call was answered quickly and he was able to make the time to see me that same day. Their messaging/email system made it easy to know when my service was scheduled for and when the technician would be arriving.

Dexter, my technician, was exactly who we needed.  While working, Dexter took the time to explain what he was doing and how the part that had failed works in the system. He gave us options on how to proceed and answered every question we had. It was the first time I had met him, but it felt like talking to a friend you've known for 10 years...

Dexter was very professional, honest and straightforward. I don’t do rating often, however, I had to give credit where it is do. I’ve gotten several other companies to come out and troubleshoot the issue and have given very expensive estimates to problems that didn’t exist while Dexter gave me a full tutorial and simple run down of how and why the system was not working properly. This was the most professionally kind, wealth of knowledge and information about HVAC that I’ve experienced with a tech servicing our apartments. Good job! I really appreciate good service...
