I found James on yelp and sent the request and he called me back within 10 minutes from my request that I put through on yelp.  We discussed what I need to have done which was to have three new toilets installed and have three old ones removed.  He told me the steps that I needed to take before he came out, which I followed,.  And he also was in contact with me when I went to the store to purchase the toilets to make sure that I had purchased the correct ones and had all the accessories that I needed. After that, we discussed the day and time that he would come out to do the work.  He came out on the day and time that he initially stated to me, gave me the quote. Stuck with the quote amount.  He came out and did the work with another worker of his,  completed the work,  cleaned up behind themselves and did a wonderful job.  I am very satisfied and I would recommend James to anyone because he did a wonderful job.  You will not be disappointe...

I found James on Yelp and he was not only the first one to respond but he managed to squeeze me I to his schedule the next day. Others were only able to come 2/3 days later. It was a simple job but it needed immediate attention. Professional attention. That is exactly what I got from James!
He came, assessed the situation and got to work! Gave me a reasonable quote for both issues at hand and completed the job in no time. He suggested other issues that could arise if certain things were not handled right away and also provide quick solutions for now.
Overall, it was a great experience and I’m extremely satisfied with the final result.

James promptly returned my call late at night when I reached out about our clogged sink. I detailed our issue and the unsuccessful attempts we’d made to fix it. He scheduled an appointment for the following morning and assured us that his technician would provide an estimate before starting any work.

When the technician arrived, he was prepared to snake the drain and informed us of the cost before even inspecting the sink. There was no prior quote or estimate, but since the job seemed straightforward, we agreed to proceed. Normally, I’m cautious about allowing work on my home without a signed contract or verification of liability insurance.

I had seen an online coupon but overlooked the requirement to mention it when booking. Although we brought it up to the technician before he began, I had failed to mention it at the time of booking. Despite this oversight, James kindly offered a partial discount, which I greatly appreciate.
