Javier did a great job resolving my shower issue. He was prompt, courteous, and professional throughout his visit. He explained the issue and all options for repair, and completed the job quickly and carefully, which allowed me to proceed with my day with minimal downtime. Sep 2024 review: Dale worked on my HVAC and he’s awesome!!

May 2024 review: S/O to Adonis and Tuwaun! My HVAC was inspected and serviced by Tuwaun. I have no complaints. He provided me a lot of valuable info pertaining to service options, and explained in great detail the parts and components of my HVAC system and what I was seeing. Plan to schedule again w/ them in the future when necessary! Adonis serviced my breakers, and ensured they are AFCI certified. 10/1...

Spoke to Matthew from John C. Flood company about electrical work needing done at my home; I explained the issue to him and could hear him typing on his keyboard in the background in response to my description of the issue. I then asked if he could explain the process, and he said of course he is happy to do that. He said someone will provide a quote and there is no service fee to come out, which surprised me so I had him repeat himself to make sure I understood correctly. After he confirmed, I said great, please send someone out as soon as possible.

The next day I get another call from a woman at the same company asking if I still needed assistance. I said yes and she asked if I could explain the issue that's been going on. I told her I just explained to Matthew the day before and he typed a bunch of notes. She said, I don't see any notes in our system so I had to re-explain again. She then said, no problem we will have a technician come out right away and there will be a $99 service fee for them to come out. Matthew just said there was no service fee! I don't know what kind of system they have but immediately this was a red flag to me.

Customer service is the most important aspect in the home improvement industry and I do not trust any organization that does not provide consistent information. These are the type of companies that will say the service costs one thing and then hits you with a with a whole different bill when the work is complete. NOT TO BE TRUSTED...
