As a business owner myself, selecting a contractor to work on my home is important and the overall experience is as equally important as price.  I reached out to CR3 to discuss new windows, siding, roof, and front door.  It was a large scale project to update my 90s colonial to a more modern design.  After meeting with a few contractors, ultimately I decided to go with CR3.  The consultant was thorough, patient, explained everything, was not high pressure - which I appreciate!  The first phase of the project was the roof replacement which was done efficiently and the crews cleaned up all of the debris.  During the siding and window portion of the project, I unfortunately did not like the color I picked.  A testament of a great company is how well they handle adversity. I realized my mistake and they were extremely accommodating and worked during the evening hours reaching out to their distributors to try to return unused product and get the new color ordered right away. Though this added stress to their process, they handled everything with ease and I am very appreciative they worked with me to get the final result I envisioned.  The rest of the project went smooth and I’m very pleased with the overall experience.  I’ve since hired CR3 to replace another roof and window at another property as well as repairs on a commercial roof. As a client that has entrusted CR3 with multiple projects, I can confidently say their pricing is fair, the quality of work is great, communication throughout the project was consistent, the crews completing the work were efficient and respectful.  I would recommend CR3 for any size exterior project - they go above expectations to ensure satisfaction- you will be glad you chose them...

CR3 was able to solve our long time problems with our windows and sliding doors. They carefully set our expectations for lead times and exceeded them. Octavion answered all our questions at the initial meeting and CR3 kept us informed as the process went along. After a full day of demo/ installation we were excited at the improved looks of our windows and doors and in the weeks since we've been impressed with the insulation from noise and air flow.

CR3 came out and done my roof and 2 windows and guttering.   Everyone was friendly and they all did very good work. I'm very very satisfied with everything.  Would highly recommend them for anything g you need doing...

I highly recommend CR3 American Exteriors! They came out to the house and did an on-site inspection and took the time to explain the various options to us. CR3 was very competitive with their quote and it included a 50-year warranty on materials and 25-years on workmanship. As we were under a time crunch, we asked to be scheduled as soon as possible and CR3 called us back in 2 days to replace our roof that same week! The crew arrived after 7am in the morning and then finished around 5pm. They were professional and cleaned up all the trash and debris around the premises. CR3 exceeded our expectations and we are extremely satisfied with how the roof turned out...
