Dryer vent cleaned - came in a very reasonable amount of time. Outside cover to the vent remains intact, which is good since it recently had been replaced. Hard to evaluate how clean the vent is, but hopefully all is well

ADDITIONAL COMMENT ABOUT ROOF CLEANING DUE TO LICHEN & MOSS -
Awful job - took zero precaution with my plantings - probably will need to replace everything around the back and one side of my house because the employees just didn’t care - multiple plantings damaged by bleach, including hydrangeas, peony, azalea, butterfly  bush, and even my dogwood tree. When I called to ask to be compensated for an expensive tab, they asked me to just take pictures and send them in and then send an estimate with what it would cost to replace everything, Well, those plantings were planted over multiple years and I am now many years older and I’m not sure I can replace them myself or if I also will need to pay a landscaper. I cannot explain how upset and disappointed I am. I would’ve rather let the shingles rot and then just replace them. If I could give ZERO on this review, I would...

I'm not sure how this company stays in business. After canceling the job three times, they finally showed up, only to discover they couldn’t clean my gutters because they have screens. Gutter screens are common and easy to remove and reinstall. The fact that they can remove the screens but can’t put them back is baffling. If they truly have 60 years of experience, they should be familiar with all aspects of gutter systems, including screens...

This is my second project with Ned. The first was gutters cleaned and most recently was a gutter replacement. I wasn't there when either job was being done. They both went very well. Although the replacement gutter has on been a couple days now, no rain yet. It looks great! I would definitely use Ned again.
