He was honest and never tried selling me on something that I didn’t need. Just that his team would do a great job at a fair price. And he delivered. Everything happened as he had scheduled from supplies being delivered to the dumpster being delivered. His team arrived early and worked late. Jeff, the PM touched base with me often all the way.
