Lifetime Roofing was great from start to finish. They were first recommended to me by a colleague and by the end of the project they proved why that was the case. Dan was great at the beginning/quote process. He was very thorough in his proposal and didn’t miss any details. He was focused on making sure the project was done right, but he was also very easy to talk to and listened to my concerns. After going back and forth on some details, we quickly landed on a scope and price that made me fee very comfortable moving forward with them. Once the project started, Mike was a frequently at the house making sure things were going smoothly. Whatever I needed, Mike made sure it got done (needing extra materials, fixing a ripped screen, making sure the property was spotless at the end). Mike’s attitude was definitely “the customer is always right” and never hesitated whenever there was something I needed. Lastly, Jose and the team did a phenomenal job. They were very quick and were in and out in no time. Jose was definitely a jack of all trades and fixed and addressed (quickly) all crew balls that the project threw our way. He was a hard worker and strived in making sure the finished product was of great quality...

The first time I worked with Lifetime Roofing was when they were recommended to me when I was looking for a small patch job on a flat roof. They were responsive, effective, and cost-efficient. They had even missed possible incursion points that another roofer had missed.

This positive experience inclined me to take a bid from them later down the line when we were looking for a large job to replace a flat roof. This was a complex job involving coordination with an HVAC company (as we were replacing the HVAC at the same time). Lifetime was not the cheapest bid for the job, but their methods and materials made it the right bid for the job.

Lifetime was responsive during every phase of this very long process from placing the bid, to confirming, to actual execution. At every level of sales, project management, and execution they were communicative, professional, insightful, and up front. They were easily the best to work with in the entire multifaceted endeavor.

I would recommend Lifetime Roofing for a job whether it is large or small; complete replacement or simple patch job...
