Our old dishwasher died and we purchased a new one from Terry's appliance. Their salesman asked if we wanted their plumber to do the install and that it would cost $300-$400. We told them we had a plumber we had used for years; we then found that he had left his small company and now worked for Winslow. We called Winslow, scheduled an appointment and asked for our plumber by name to do the install and were told that was fine. Fast forward, Winslow's plumber, not our guy, showed up on time and pulled the old dishwasher. He then told us additional electrical work would need to be done. The electrician showed up on time as did the plumber for a second visit. Our total bill turned out to be over $1200. We clearly made a serious error by not getting a firm estimate in writing in advance. Follow up calls to Winslow met with a statement that the bill was accurate and that this was a complicated job. We ultimately received a $100 mark down on the bill. Be aware that they charge $199 for the first 30 minutes of a plumber's time, and then $49 per 15 minute increments after that.
The bottom line is that dishwasher was professionally installed. My wife and I are convinced that if we had shopped around we would have found more economical alternatives...

We bought our Kohler whole house home generator through Winslow 6 or 7 years ago and have been extremely pleased with it. Winslow did a great job on the installation and it has been 100% reliable and always works when we need it. We just had our annual service and maintenance for 2024 done on it by Winslow and, as always, they made it easy to make an appointment and their service tech was on time, professional and did a great job--couldn't be happier...

We have had a number of electrical and plumbing jobs done here by EF Winslow , including new boiler and we have been very impressed with the work done and their  responsiveness.  We don’t feel the need to call anyone else.  It’s great to have them in the area...

I am so grateful to Jason Manning, the E.F. Winslow tech who serviced my A/C system this week. Not only did he efficiently diagnose the problem, he orchestrated a most timely repair by being a strong advocate for my situation. Jason was kind and professional, and he truly has the best interests of his clients at the forefront of his service commitment. He took the time to educate me on the care and maintenance of my system, something that not all technicians do. He taught me proper inspection and care techniques and took the time to clean the equipment and filters to ensure maximum efficiency and longevity of the system.
