I couldn't be more impressed with Nick and Big Country (Tim) for the outstanding work they did in changing my air conditioning system. From start to finish, they were extremely professional and courteous. Not only did they handle the installation with skill and efficiency, but they also provided a very fair and transparent quotation. Their attention to detail and hard work truly stood out. On top of that, they were incredibly polite and respectful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Nick and Big Country for anyone in need of expert AC services. DJ and John Mack from Trust 1 came to fix a broken drain pipe in our home.

The service was top notch and they were in and out in the same morning and now my family can use the bathroom again.

I felt comfortable with the technicians in the home with my wife and kids.

I would gladly pay extra to have Trust 1 come do another project because of how easy it is to do business with them- they were the 3rd company I had out to evaluate the leak and two others wanted to charge more and do it in a few days. Trust 1 was SAME DAY SERVICE!

This was an excellent experience from beginning to end.  My hot water heater was failing and I was referred to Trust 1 Services by another company that was unavailable .I was greeted on the phone by the friendliest and accommodating lady, who I unfortunately can’t remember her name (shout out to you just the same!) who told me that she could get someone out to me the next day.  The next day I got a text letting me know my tech was on the way and he was on time.  Matt and his apprentice, came in (with booties on!) made the assessment on my older and frankly, unsafe unit and made different recommendations as to the replacement.  I asked a lot of questions and Matt was able to answer them all without any pressure to pick the most expensive option or a model that I was not comfortable with.  I went with the tankless, since that was what I was replacing.  Matt assured me that the job could be done the very next day.  True to his word, my incredible installation team of Joe and Noah came first thing the next morning and knocked out what I would even say was not the easiest installation, by the end of the day that looks fabulous and works even better.  They explained how everything worked, cleaned up, tested everything  and made sure they answered all my questions before they left.  I am impressed.  This was not the least expensive job that I have had done in my home, but by far one of the best completed by friendly, knowledgeable and competent professionals...
