We were out of town and a neighbor sent us a picture of our roof showing a gaping hole where we think a raccoon removed the roof vent to gain access.  There was also damage.  MassTech answered my call and completed the repair the very next day.  They went above and beyond and inspected the interior of the house to ensure no raccoons.  They were fantastic to work with and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company...
