4/26/24 EDIT TO ADD. TO THE EMPLOYEE WHO (finally)RESPONDED, the General Manager Todd, and The owner of the company are aware of these issues, and have been, I would not leave reviews without giving the company a chance to make it right but they have failed to do so, on many occasions.
3/28/24 EDITED TO ADD Roof is leaking, O'lyn said it was the chimney, chimney company said no it's not, O'lyn is NOT standing behind the 10 year workmanship warranty we paid for!!! Added photos of the leaks.. 6/14/23 still no word from the owner of the company, still picking up nails and shingle pieces. Terrible customer service!! We went with O'lyn, even though the quote was high, because we assumed we would get what we paid for and the 5star service were told we would get, we have children and pets, and we were concerned about cleanup we were told " it will be like they were never there" "everything will be draped" "no nails left behind, they use a magnet to get them up" non of which actually happened! The tarp drapes fell off and they did not fix them, all the roof debris went in every garden bed front and back, all over the deck, into the A/C unit, broke garden fences. Then when they were folding up these useless tarps they dragged them and all of the remaining debris through our backyard, nails and all, just all over, the same happened in the front of the house, tarp fell off, was not even covering the entire front anyways, they trampled perennial garden beds, and cracked window shutters, the gutters were full of nails and debris, I had to clean this all up so our children would not step on nails and our pet rabbit would not eat it shingles. I sent pictures to the owner, who a week later had someone call to schedule "some kind of clean up situation" which they ended up cancelling and leaving me a message requesting that I should call to reschedule that, week later they came out only to tell me how I should expect to find nails and debris and still left a million pieces of tiny shingles bits in all of our gardens, since I already picked up all of the big things, and I am still finding nails, no offer to fix the shutter, or replace the fencing. If you expect 5 star service do not go with O'lyn. Not to mention they never went on the roof when they gave us the cost and we signed contract so the day of the job they say " there are 3 layers of old roof,that's $3,300 more now at that point they have half the roof off what am I supposed to do? My husband has been trying to get in touch with the general manager Todd, but he is out of the Country, since no one else there cares enough to handle this and make it right, I m leaving this review.. 5/8/2023 EDITED TO ADD still no contact from the general manager or the owner in response to our emails, phone calls or this review...
