Using Royal Air for the installation of our heat pump and furnace was a great experience from beginning to end. From the initial contact they were responsive. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable with great follow through helping us navigate the financing process and installation. The estimate was exceptionally reasonable particularly with respect to the finished product and installation. The crew that installed our unit was reliable, respectful, incredibly fast and clean. Can't say enough about the exceptional service from Royal. Outstanding job!

This is a follow up to our October 2023 review. That review gave them high marks for the install of a new A/C system. This May, through no fault of theirs, the new condenser failed because of a manufacturing defect.
Long story short….. The entire Royal team, especially Arthur, Marlene, and Nick, went above and beyond…. starting with a commitment from the manufacturer to replace the entire unit. Once they received it, they squeezed the install in quickly during the heat wave in June.
The proof of the pudding with a service oriented company is how they treat you after the sale. We feel very fortunate to have chosen Royal when the time came to replace our system.
Royal really delivered when it counted.
Going forward, it will be Royal for all of our heating and a/c needs. Thank you to everyone at Royal Air...

Jonathan arrived on time and put the booties on at the door.  He cleaned and checked the furnace and installed a new filter.  I am a 20 year+ customer of Royal Air and have never been disappointed.  A great company, knowledgeable, polite employees who are always ready to help...

Royal treated us great from start to finish.

Matt was clear and transparent on his sales visit and with the packages he put together. Alex and his team were courteous and considerate throughout the install, keeping things tidy and keeping us up to date throughout the 5-day work period. And John walked me through the new system and showed me just what to do when everything was ready.

Not only that, but Royal's office team walked us through the process of securing a loan and filed for state rebates on our behalf to make everything as smooth as possible. We couldn't ask for more. Recommended...
