I recently had 128’s electrical team install a Span panel at my house, and could not be happier! Nick, Nick and Kris did an awesome job offering me many solutions to my previously overloaded panel, in a consultative and informative approach: not only did they know the Span product inside and out, they made sure to set it up in a way that will last me many years of usage and help avoid a service upgrade. They also did a great job labeling everything and cleaning up, and you’d never know they had been here otherwise, a testament to their commitment to finishing every job strong and without overlooking a detail.
Cannot recommend everyone at 128 enough: from everyone in the office, to everyone in the field, a truly A+ firm at every interaction...

We were very happy with the service we received from 128 Plumbing. I was able to get an appointment immediately and the repairs done within a few hours. We had a complex issue in our basement that included both HVAC and electrical work after one of the recent flooding events in the summer of '23.  128 first sent out an electrician, Chris, who explained our problem and why what he was going to do was necessary but unlikely to completely resolve it.  We then scheduled the remaining HVAC work, and 128 waived the service fee since they had already technically been dispatched.  We appreciated that.  Conor, the HVAC technician, was able to fit us in the next day.  He was able to complete the repair without replacing the furnace, and now everything is up and running beautifully.  Everyone from the office staff who coordinated the work and communications with the technicians to the hard working folks who did the work was very knowledgeable and presented us with various options for resolving the situation.  The work was done well and expeditiously.  We will use their service again.  Thanks, 128...

I purchased an annual maintenance plan with 128 Plumbing for them to come out and service my gas boiler. They did a great job, the technician Jose was very punctual and responsive, and he was very informative as to his process for servicing the unit. A 5 star experience all the way...
