We had a great experience with the company all the workers were great. They knew what they were doing through the process. We were kept informed by the project manager at all times they protected all my plant materials around the house. They cleaned up every nail, shingle and paper at the end of each day. I was very impressed with GF Sprague from the moment I scheduled the estimate. I received reminders of the appointment, the salesperson who came was very respectful and professional. The estimate was very thorough and the salesperson walked us through the project details and timeline. The crew was also professional and always left the area clean and free of debris. The project was completed on-time and I was able to pay the three installments online. GF Sprague guarantees their work and will come yearly to inspect their work to make sure it is holding up satisfactorily. I had no issues whatsoever and highly recommend GF Sprague...

Sprague addressed a number of reported leaks in our condo complex with a partial roof replacement.  A detailed estimate was produced quickly; above the median on cost, but appreciate the value of their guarantee.  Work was performed on-time and completed quickly, leaving behind a well-cleaned site.  Communication was clear and the PM was always available (or quickly replied) to phone calls.  Follow-up visit to investigate an issue potentially related to the work was easy to arrange (issue was NOT related)...
