Service was reasonable, but communication lacked clarity, leading to unexpected issues and 105 texts messages to complete the job.

The team left without flashing the chimney and without installing the attic fan. They returned to flash the chimney, but as the homeowner, now I am left to hire another company to install the fan.

Additionally, there were concerns about unclear pricing, including a $500 charge for a dumpster that was initially included, and delays in providing receipts for materials purchased. The attic fan installation was excluded from the contract without my knowledge, despite agreeing on a price that included it...

Great company to work with. When I called for a quote Jose was able to come that same day. The day of the installation, they arrived early and did complete the job on the same day despite the shingles being delivered late (not their fault). Would definitely recommend...

I had my roof replaced over the weekend because. They came Saturday on short notice because my roof was leaking.I have a large roof. Front porch has an additional roof, also the mudroom in the back. When stripping the roof they discovered there was no plywood layed before the previous roof was put on. This added alot of extra time than anticipated as they had to now run out to purchase and lay all those sheets of plywood.. These guys were back the next day on Easter and worked so hard all day finishing and cleaning up. They also put up gutters and fixed little flaws they discovered while they worked. The crew was very polite and friendly. I am very happy with Same Day Roofing. I cannot thank them enough and will refer them to everyone I know...
