The experience with Quintin and Connie was amazing! They arrived at the beginning of my cleaning window, which was much appreciated, after dealing with an address issue on my part. They were professional and incredibly friendly! As a woman alone at home, I always appreciate when I feel 100% comfortable with people coming inside. They were wonderful and personable, and cleaned a large, 2 day old red wine stain out of my cream/light beige couch. I had tried cleaning this myself for two days straight (see before photos for what they walked into AFTER I tried everything including three upholstery cleaners). If I ever need any Stanley Steemer service in the future, I would love for Quintin and Connie to come back. Thank you...

Our lead technician Franco and his partner Edison were fantastic. They cleaned our sofa, wall-to-wall carpeting, and an area rug with exceptional care. Franco communicated thoroughly throughout the process, updating me on each cleaning step and even when he needed to get something from the car. I truly appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. Scheduling online was incredibly easy. I had company coming in a week so being able to book an appt within a short window was incredible.  Rick was wonderful and he did an excellent job.
