We've used BPS over the years and they've replaced our hot water heater, diagnose and replace defective hot water heater sensor, replace a toilet valve that kept on filling, tune, clean, and prepare our force hot air furnace for Winter, and now fix a toilet valve that would sometimes stop filling after a flush. BPS was able to quickly disassemble the valve to see if cleaning it would fix the problem but it was still slow filling. Replacing the valve fixed the problem. Fast, efficient, honest, affordable. Highly recommend the BPS Team as always...

Dennis was very professional and pleasant. He explained what needed to be done and why. And I felt comfortable with him in my house. I would gladly have him do my plumbing and heating/cooling work in the future. 4/21/2023 Had a return visit from BPS to do some plumbing working . Bryan was very professional and took care of my service needs he showed a lot of flexibility and patience while working around the appliance delivery guys. He worked with them when needed. He quoted me prices on the work to be done before starting to get my approval. I was very satisfied with the work Bryan did and would have him handle any issues I have in the future. Thank you BPS!!! 5/16/2023 - Had Bryan come this morning and fix the flue pipe on my water heater. He he was very professional and completed the job quickly and explained what was done I am very happy with his work and highly recommended him and BPS. July 7 Had BPS plumbing install a new heat pump at my residence. Again the quality of service was excellent! Bryan completed the installation in less than a day and explained how everything worked and answered all my questions. I highly recommend BPS Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling for great quality service,  and they always arrived at the time they said they said they would. I would have no problem using their services again. 9/6/2023 - Had issue with the motor that  pushes cold air through the air ducts throughout the house. Bryan diagnosed the the issue and fixed it. He explained the problem to me and how he fixed it. Again excellent quality service. Highly recommended BPS plumbing Heating & Cooling. 10/5 - Had blower motor replaced on furnace plus maintenance and everything went smoothly Dennis was great very nice guy. Will continue to use BPS...
