Hands down the worst company ive ever had the displeasure of working with. 4 Mechanics and 4 months later and my AC is still not working. No compensation discussed from the Manager Bill. Feel like ive spoken to Eugene 50 times on the phone. Absolute disappointment dealing with this company. I would not recommend at all. Either your mechanics are misdiagnosing the problem or they are incompetent. Either way. You have wasted hours of my life and around $3000 and my AC still is not working...

I have been using Green Energy for years. Outstanding service. Nice bunch of guys, always respectful and happy to explain things so they are not talking over your head. We had a problem with our heating system two years ago where only half the house was receiving heat. Turned out it was because a contractor that I used years before reduced the size of a pipe to install a baseboard heater. Sediment built up there and blocked the flow to the rest of the house. The guys didn’t give up and found the problem despite the fact the problem was under my cabinets, unable to be easily seen. They replaced the pipe with one the proper size and have had no problem since. Great company...

We had Green Energy out to our home to give us a quote on a mini-split system. Every interaction was incredibly cucurdious and professional. I appreciated the technician calling prior to arrival, he showed up on time, brought his own shoe covers to walk around my home, listened to all our ideas and even made multiple suggestions to give us what we really wanted. I used green energy to get a second opinion for my heating unit in the winter. The technician was excellent. I decided to try their AC maintenance service and scheduled an appointment in May, which was postponed to June, which was postponed to July. When I called in June they promised that they will not reschedule again. And,  you guess, in July they want to reschedule again. I understand the business has different priorities and I am afraid that if you are not their priority they will not deliver...
